Thank you for shopping at CanopyGo! We strive to provide high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs to elevate your outdoor adventures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included. Given the nature of outdoor camping gear, products showing signs of outdoor use (e.g., scratches, dirt, grass stains, or wear and tear) cannot be accepted for a return.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).
2. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong style/size selected): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that camping furniture is heavy and bulky, so return shipping fees may be relatively high. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Order Cancellations
Most camping gear orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
